I had a great stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had many different choices, with everything presented in a hygienic way. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the Ravensburg area, making it easy to access and park.

The staff was very polite and made sure to provide excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My stay was excellent! The manager, Christian Unglert, was the most hospitable, caring hotel employee I have ever seen at any hotel I have ever stayed at before! Because of him, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The lack of air-conditioning in many of the rooms. The temperature in Germany during that time was in the mid 30s. My room had ac, but I got the last one to have ac. I am grateful that I was able to get a room with ac. Maybe you could place fans in each room, or have acs installed.

There are few parking spots around and sometimes there was no place to park the car.

This is a 3 stores hotel, but has elevator, which is not normal in the south of Germany. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The rooms have beautful decoration.

Internet could be free of charge and included on the rate of the room. The options from T-mobile are expensive for one single day or two days.

The breakfast was great and provided a lot of variety. the friendly staff made me feel welcome and offered helpful tips for exploring the area. the hotel was conveniently located near major highways and had easy access to public transportation. Plus, the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

The room was a bit dated and lacked modern amenities such as air conditioning. the bathroom could use an update as well, with some issues with the showerhead.

The hotel had some nice decorations for Christmas, and the location was convenient for exploring the town. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were generally friendly, and the room was clean.

The room was very small and outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the sound insulation was poor, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear people in the hallway and the room next door. the hotel was overpriced for what it offered, and we wouldn't recommend it.
